"OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE" AWARDS
- For booked and consumed business within one quarter in excess of $300,000, planners receive one four-night/five-day trip for two, including airfare, at any Millennium Hotel and Resort in the world. (Bookings at one or more property apply)
- For bookings in excess of $300,000 booked within any quarter but consumed at any time, planners receive a 21" plasma television set. (Bookings at one or more property apply)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Contracts for booked business cannot be combined for award purposes.
- Outstanding performance awards are based on bookings in excess of $300,000, and are limited to one award per person, per quarter.
- Awards are based on meeting planner’s total contracted and consumed eligible revenue with a quarter. Eligible revenue is defined as total consumed room revenue, banquet food and banquet beverage revenue. Rebates on eligible revenue are capped at $5,000 at any Millennium properties in North America.
- Awards are only valid on events with rooms booked in conjunction with on-site meetings. Not valid for weddings or catering-only functions.
- An award is given to the vendor who secures the booking for a particular event. This vendor will be identified and confirmed by the client. Only one award will be given.
- Meeting planners who receive rewards must indicate on the original contract that they are electing to participate in the program and receive rewards.
- Not valid for proposed or contracted business prior to March 1, 2005.
- Awards are based on pretax totals.

AWARDS
- Awards are given when business is consumed and the master bill has been paid.
- Awards are issued quarterly (issued by the 15th of month following the quarter).
